Conversations That Matter: Data-Driven Engagement in Action
From national conferences to focused leadership sessions, Anthology continues to lead important conversations around student success. Here are three recent highlights where data strategy and co-curricular engagement took center stage:
1. Driving Student Leadership at the ACPA Convention
Anthology was proud to sponsor this year’s ACPA Annual Convention, a leading event for student affairs professionals nationwide. Our product team had the opportunity to present alongside Cal Poly SLO on “A Path to Meaningful Leadership Development using the CELO Index.” During this session, Cal Poly showcased how they use the Engage Co-Curricular Paths tool to guide students toward impactful leadership experiences, helping to foster meaningful development beyond the classroom.
2. Anthology at SAAL: Unlocking the Power of Co-Curricular Data
Anthology participated in the Student Affairs Assessment Leaders (SAAL) session “Beyond the Jigsaw Puzzle: Solving the Student Success Rubik's Cube”, featuring Andy Miller, EdD, and Jessica Duvall, MA, discussing the transformative power of co-curricular data. The conversation focused on using aggregate data to uncover behavioral trends, assess impacts on GPA and retention, and allocate resources effectively. Most importantly, it highlighted how data empowers advisors and administrators to see the whole student and build stronger, more meaningful relationships. Watch the full session to learn how leveraging co-curricular data can elevate student success and create smarter, student-centered campus strategies:
3. Engage in Action: Insights from NASPA 2025
Anthology had a strong and engaging presence at NASPA 2025 in New Orleans, where it also proudly served as a sponsor for the Community College Institute (CCI). The event provided a valuable platform to connect with higher education professionals and showcase the impact of Anthology Engage with two sessions hosted, one at the Community College Institute called “Unleashing Data's Power for Student Success” and a general session called “Building Towards Bigger Data”. These presentations explored innovative data strategies to support student success through co-curricular data, as well as practical insights on tracking attendance and fostering campus collaboration around data management. Anthology’s participation at NASPA further reinforced our commitment to advancing student success through data-driven engagement.
