Are you already a member of the Anthology Community?

If you are a current community member, but are logging into the Anthology Community for the first time on the new platform, there are a few changes. The Anthology Community Team is here to help you throughout this process, so if you have any questions, please email us at community@anthology.com

Was my account migrated to the new community platform?

Community is about engagement. If you logged into the Anthology Community site any time in 2019, then your account was been migrated to our new platform including your profile, user points, and previous discussion activity. If you had not been active in that time period, we request that you re-register for the Anthology Community.

Who can access the site?

The Anthology Community is an exclusive benefit for Anthology clients, partners, and developers. All community users will be verified, and are required to register and login with their official organization email address.

New User: How do I access the new site?

Click 'Register' in the top right of the screen and complete the registration form for a new user. You will receive a verification email to confirm your email address. Once you complete that process, we will work to verify your account - please note we will address these as soon as they are submitted but it may take up to 24 hours. Once you are verified, you will receive another email indicating you can login to start taking advantage of the Blackboard Community.

Returning User: How do I access the new site?

The first time you return to the new Community you will need to reset your password. Simply click on the blue 'Login' button at the top right of the screen, then choose the 'Forgot Password' link. You can then enter your registered email address to start the password reset process.

Returning User: Has my username changed?

The new Blackboard Community requires all users to use their organization email address as a username when logging in. If you have any questions about this process, please email the Blackboard Community Team at community@blackboard.com, and we will help get you up and running again.
