We’re excited to announce a major update to Anthology Evaluate: The New Administration Setup Process, designed to simplify and streamline how administrators configure evaluations. This new step-by-step workflow offers enhanced flexibility, greater control, and improved ease of use—all while preserving the powerful functionality you rely on.

The new guided process breaks down administration creation into four intuitive steps, making it easier than ever for administrators to configure evaluations. The enhanced configuration retains all existing functionality while adding new features for greater control and convenience.

• Simplified Setup: The new setup process makes configuring key settings faster and easier. It streamlines naming, evaluation selection, and permission management, reducing errors and ensuring only authorized users can manage administrations. This results in a more efficient workflow setup experience for your institution.

• Flexible Course Section Selection: Administrators now have more control and convenience when selecting which course sections to add to the administration, improving alignment with institutional needs.

• Smart Scheduling with Evaluation Dates: One of the standout improvements allows evaluations to be scheduled based on individual course section end dates. This addresses the challenges posed by complex academic calendars and multiple sub-terms, enabling automatic open and close dates tailored to each course. As a result, administrators can manage diverse course schedules more efficiently without creating multiple administrations.

• Customizable Report Release: Administrators can now set report release dates relative to evaluation close dates, ensuring timely distribution of results to instructors and stakeholders.

2. Updated Manage Administration Page with Administration Windows
Building on the flexible dates feature introduced in the new administration setup, the Manage Administration Page in Anthology Evaluate has been upgraded to display instructor name(s). Also, course section end dates are now supported through the introduction of New Administration Windows, which groups course sections according to their end dates. This allows communications and evaluation releases to be scheduled more effectively, moving away from relying on a single fixed date.
