Instructor Dashboard: Preview and Feedback Opportunity

You may have noticed that a new Instructor Dashboard is currently visible in Blackboard test and stage environments. We want to clarify that this feature is not yet available in production and is not included in any official documentation or release notes at this time.

The dashboard is currently under active development and has been made visible in non-production environments to give institutions an early opportunity to explore the feature and provide feedback. This approach allows us to gather valuable insights from real users and ensure the final experience is closely aligned with the needs of instructors.

Why the Dashboard Is Not in Production Yet

Our goal is to deliver a dashboard that provides meaningful, actionable insights for instructors—and to do so with the level of quality and functionality our users expect. To that end, we’re collecting feedback from institutions that have accessed the feature in test/stage to help refine its design and determine how it should evolve.

Once we’ve gathered enough feedback and are confident that the dashboard meets its intended goals, we will include it in a future production release, accompanied by official documentation and support materials.
