Exciting Update: Improved Blackboard Mobile Application Login Experience Now Available!

On December 6, 2024, we rolled out an important update to the Blackboard app with the release of version 9.11. This update addresses frequent logout issues, ensuring a smoother and more reliable user experience.

It’s important to note, however, that session durations are set by your institution. While the proposed session duration is set to a maximum of two weeks, some institutions may choose to implement shorter timeframes (e.g., 15 minutes). Unfortunately, these settings are determined by your institution and cannot be adjusted within the app.

Why Update?
Older app versions may encounter compatibility issues, such as red error banners, which can disrupt your experience. Updating to version 9.11 ensures you benefit from this enhancement and enjoy a seamless app experience.
