FAFSA Simplification Act — What Can I Do Now?

Published
The FAFSA Simplification Act represents a significant overhaul of the processes and systems used to award federal student aid. In November 2023 the US Department of Education released new data showing that the new simplified forms will help 610,000 new students from low-income backgrounds receive Federal Pell Grants and will help 1.5 million more students receive the maximum Pell Grant. This brings the total number of students eligible for the maximum Pell Grant amount to more than 5.2 million.

While the release of the simplified FAFSA is good news for students and parents, it has left the rest of us wondering what we can do to prepare.

Anthology is here to support your institution as you navigate FAFSA Simplification changes.
